Herb I. 
              Phillipps Jr., principal and founder, has more than 
              40 years' experience in innovative changes, (building the edge). 
              He is a pragmatic visionary and a change agent with a unique blend 
              of business and technical acumen. With these qualities, he will 
              help your organization create a tangible alignment between the corporate 
              goals and the ideal technical solution. Herb's orientation is focused 
              on increasing customer and stakeholder value. His experience has 
              been gained through accomplishments while holding executive positions 
              with multinational organizations such as RCA, CIL(Canadian Industries 
              Ltd.), Royal Bank of Canada and CI Mutual Funds.
              
              More recently, Herb was instrumental in leading the radical transformation 
              of the National Commercial Bank of Jamaica. This transformation 
              entailed in changing out most of the computer systems, including 
              the core banking, treasury and CRM systems, building a 100 person 
              call centre from scratch with the latest in IVR technology, building 
              a state of the art data centre, streamlining processes, upgrading 
              the Dr., Cr. and Loyalty cards systems, developed a multitude of 
              new innovative products, implementing electronic banking, expanding 
              the merchant base to include wireless POS and captured a fair share 
              of the heavy transactions funds flow for supply chain management
